Suzuki Vitara 2026 Review | Even more fun?
This is the Suzuki Vitara Hybrid with their 1.4L BoosterJet Engine now with MHEV. The Suzuki Vitara has always been one of those cars that quietly gets on with the job, but for 202 it's received a significant update where it matters most. Under the bonnet is Suzuki's 1.4-litre BoosterJet mild hybrid engine, producing 129PS and 235Nm of torque, paired with a slick six-speed manual gearbox and Suzuki's impressive ALLGRIP four-wheel-drive system. On paper, it might not sound like the fastest compact SUV around, but out on the road it's surprisingly lively. The turbocharged engine delivers plenty of punch for everyday driving, while the 48-volt mild hybrid system helps smooth out acceleration and improve efficiency. Officially it promises over 53mpg, and even in the real world it proves impressively economical. But the Vitara isn't just about saving fuel. Thanks to its relatively light weight, responsive steering and selectable drive modes including Auto, Sport, Snow and Lock, it's genuinely enjoyable to drive whether you're navigating busy city streets, tackling country roads or venturing onto muddy tracks, as the ALLGRIP system gives it far more capability than many rivals, making it a great companion for adventurous weekends as well as the daily commute. Inside, Suzuki has focused on practicality - the cabin is solidly built, well equipped and refreshingly easy to live with. Our Ultra model comes with suede upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, a crisp 9-inch touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, climate control and—something many drivers will appreciate—a proper manual handbrake. Nice!! There's also plenty of room for passengers, a useful 375-litre boot that expands when the rear seats are folded, and lots of clever storage throughout the cabin, making it an ideal family SUV without the premium price tag. The compact SUV market has never been more competitive, but the Vitara continues to prove why it's remained such a popular choice for years. Reliable, affordable, economical and surprisingly capable, it offers an honest driving experience that's becoming increasingly rare. Prices for the range start at £27,299.00 although Suzuki are offering a £5,300.00 saving, bringing the starting price down to £21,999.00 on the road. @SuzukiGlobal_official @SuzukiCarsUK #suzuki #vitara #suzukivitara #vitarahybrid #suzukivitarahybrid ----Planetauto: www.planetauto.co.uk---- ----------------------------------------- Facebook: / planetautouk Twitter: / planetauto Instagram: / planet_auto Discord: / discord --------------------------- Contact Us: http://www.planetauto.co.uk/ ---------------------------- Music: https://www.studio.youtube.com
