Divergent Thinkers: Unravelling the Nuances of ADHD | Documentary 2026

In this short documentary, Sam explores ADHD within multiple areas of life. What started as a curiosity from his own recent diagnosis, and encouragment from his colleagues and team at Norse Group, turned into a larger project that explored ADHD in his workplace, in schools, what leading doctors say about the condition and how charities are doing everything they can to help parents support their children with ADHD. You will hear from Matthew Taylor, Tim Discipline and Sam Kemp (diagnosed ADHD), and how they experienced childhood, how people perceive the condition and how they were treated differently. Crysta Pestano, Associate Director of Architectural Services, gives us insight into how companies like Norse Group are building schools specifically designed to accommodate students that are neurodiverse. Russell Ramsay, Psychologist, PhD, ABPP, walks us through the nuances of ADHD, and how we can understand the condition, hopefully reducing stigmas surrounding it. Kaya Kramer and Beckie Clifton talk about how schools in the UK and Germany act towards ADHD, and what we can do to help the neurodiverse, often by making very simple changes.
