In the morning, several hundred volunteers gathered near the military registration and enlistment office, ready to defend their hometown. Representatives of the 81st Brigade, the National Guard, border guards, and local residents joined the defense of Lebedyn, who helped track enemy columns and adjust fire. As a result, several dozen tanks and other military equipment were destroyed, and the surviving vehicles were transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
