The Railway that served Nottinghamshire Last Deep Coal Mine - Thoresby Colliery #disusedrailway Join me as i take a look at the former railway line and colliery site, once home to Thoresby Colliery in Nottinghamshire, the last deep coal mine in this region to close back in 2015. 7 years later a lot has changed, the track has gone, the colliery buildings have alomst gone, but redevelopment is very much underway. Lets take a look at what once was whilst comparing it to the present day with historical images, drone and ground level footage as we walk towards Thoresby Colliery along the disused railway.
