We arrived in the town (or small city) of Villa Cañás in the province of Santa Fe, and we came for a reason that goes beyond tourism and traveling through the interior of our country. This small town brings us here because it's the birthplace of an Argentine film and television star with one of the most extensive careers this country has ever seen. Mirtha Legrand was born in Villa Cañás and went on to become a film actress and television host with her renowned program, "Almorzando con Mirtha Legrand" (Lunching with Mirtha Legrand). Today we've come to learn a bit about her story and to walk the streets that young Mirtha once walked.
