Fig Abundance!!! Growing a Brown Turkey Fig Tree in Phoenix, AZ
This Fig Tree really knows the meaning of abundance. It provides The Green Yard with two harvests per year. One in mid summer and the other late fall. This year we harvested several hundred figs between June and July. They are a soft, sweet treat that come from an easy to grow tree. Figs need no sun or cold protection after their first year. If properly mulched they only need to be watered once every two weeks, even in the dead of summer. In this video you will learn more about how I take care of our Turkey Fig and the success I’ve seen already.
