The crew then tries to locate the person with the help of the Indian consulate in that country, their counterparts in the Middle-East or by collecting the information given by the viewers of the show. The programme has representatives in the Gulf countries who can be contacted for help. Their phone numbers and contact details are scrolled on the screen while the missing case is being discussed.
