Last weekend we went exploring the new camper site at Erve Hagman in beautiful Lochem. What a lovely spot! Quietly situated and surrounded by beautiful nature – ideal for hikers and cyclists. 🏕️✨ We hopped on our bikes and took a wonderful ride around Lochem. 🚲 Along the way, we enjoyed the view along the Twente Canal, delved into the history of the hiding place in Markelo, and went looking for the trenches… unfortunately without success, but the search was worth it! 😉 A real surprise was the stately Ampsen Castle, situated in the middle of the estate – a picture-perfect sight! 🏰🌿 And as if that wasn't enough, we discovered an old launch site for V1 and V2 bombs between Exel and Ampsen.
