Flood Watch Continues Across Southeast Texas as Tropical System Brings Heavy Rain
A flood watch remains in effect across Southeast Texas as a tropical disturbance continues to bring rounds of heavy rainfall and localized flooding. Meteorologist Chad Sandwell says some communities have already received more than five inches of rain, with additional rainfall expected through the middle of the week.
