I will NEVER buy ice cream again! 🤯 This homemade ice cream is incredibly creamy and is made with just a few ingredients! 😍 No cream, no ice cream machine – and the result tastes like real Italian ice cream. 👉 Simple, affordable, and so delicious that you'll never want to buy ice cream again! 🧡 Ingredients: • 4 eggs 🥚 ➡️ Separate the yolks and whites ✨ The yolks make the ice cream extra creamy • 120 g sugar (~1/2 cup / 4.2 oz) ➡️ Mix well with the yolks • 500 ml milk 🥛 (~2 cups / 17 oz) ➡️ Mix everything until smooth ➡️ Heat over low heat • 10 g vanilla 🌿 (2 tsp / 0.35 oz) ➡️ Cook, stirring constantly The eggs should not curdle ➡️ Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature ❄️ ☁️ Egg white cream ➡️ Warm the egg whites over a double boiler • 120 g sugar (~1/2 cup / 4.2 oz) ➡️ Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved Keep the temperature below 70°C ➡️ Then beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes light and creamy ✨ Patience pays off – this ensures the perfect ice cream texture! 🍨 Finishing the ice cream ➡️ Whisk the egg yolk mixture again ➡️ Add to the egg white cream ➡️ Carefully mix everything ➡️ Freeze for 4 hours ❄️ ✨ Decorate as desired So smooth it melts in your mouth! ❤️ Enjoy your meal!
