Several specs are receiving meaningful gameplay improvements, while others are seeing their Season 2 tier sets redesigned based directly on PTR feedback. Blizzard also continues its philosophy of shifting damage away from short burst windows and into more consistent throughput, while addressing long-standing gameplay issues for a number of classes. Some of the biggest winners this round include Holy Paladin, which receives substantial healing and damage buffs, Outlaw Rogue, whose Ambush-focused playstyle continues to improve, Feral Druid, which gains some much-needed single-target love, and Mage, where the new defensive changes could dramatically improve survivability across all three specs. We'll also discuss the redesigned Blood Death Knight tier set, Subtlety Rogue's Goremaw's Bite rework, improvements to Enhancement Shaman, buffs for Hellcaller Warlock, and why several of these updates suggest Blizzard is listening closely to PTR feedback as development of WoW 12.1 continues. 🎮 It's still early in the PTR cycle, and plenty of tuning will happen before launch, but this is one of the most encouraging rounds of class changes we've seen so far for Midnight Season 2. 💬 Which class do YOU think came out as the biggest winner this PTR build? Are there still specs Blizzard is overlooking, or are these changes pushing 12.1 in the right direction? 🔗 Catch all our gameplay, PTR testing, tier lists & discussions LIVE 👉 twitch.tv/marcelianandflame #WoW #WoWMidnight #PTR
