In this video, I'll show you a selection of the best table tennis drills you can do to get back into the game after a break. You'll learn various basic strokes like forehand counters, backhand counters, forehand topspin, and pushes in this tutorial. After a break, it's important—besides having fun, of course—to solidify your movements again. Focus on quick footwork, clean technique, and good ball contact. Your training during the season should also largely consist of these basics, as this is how you improve your ball control.
