APPELLANT VERSUS UGANDA ..RESPONDENT MEMORANDUM OF APPEAL The appellant Christopher Okello Onyum being dissatisfied with the decision of Hon. Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha delivered on the 30th day of April, 2026 in favor of the Respondent, hereby appeals to this honorable Court on the following grounds; 1. That the Learned Judge erred in law and fact when she failed to properly evaluate the evidence before her thereby arriving at a wrong conclusion and occasioned a miscarriage of justice. 2. That the Learned trial Judge erred in law and fact by not properly evaluating the medical evidence regarding the mental status of the Appellant thereby arriving at a wrong decision. 3. That the Learned trial Judge erred in law and fact when she imposed a harsh sentence and excessive and the same should be set aside or varied. WHEREFORE the Appellant prays that this Appeal be allowed, the Judgments of the High Court be reversed, the Convictions quashed, the sentences set aside and the Appellant be at liberty.
