Questions to ponder: Question 1 — On Being a Steward of Someone Precious Imagine being Heavenly Father and watching your most precious child go out into the world — trusting other people to help take care of them. Who in your life has served as one of those trustworthy stewards for you? And right now, whose "claim ticket" might you be holding — meaning, who has God entrusted to your care? Question 2 — On the Kaizen Principle The secret to never losing a bag wasn't one giant system — it was hundreds of small, careful habits done consistently. How does this apply to ministering or caring for people? Can you think of a small habit — a text, a smile, remembering someone's name — that might make the difference between someone feeling "lost" or feeling "found"? What is one small kaizen improvement you could make in how you care for others? Question 3 — On Children "Forgotten, Neglected, or Lost" There is a big difference between a child who is forgotten, one who is neglected, and one who is lost. What do you think each of those words means in real life? Is it possible for someone to be sitting right next to us at church — or in our own family — and still feel lost or forgotten? What does it take to truly notice someone who has gone quiet? Question 4 — On the Sacred Trust of the Rising Generation Elder Stevenson says those who care for and nurture others are both beloved and blessed. Why do you think God would choose to bless the caregivers, not just the ones being cared for? Think about the young people in your life — children, teenagers, students.
