My second #Taycan has been a strange saga - I didn’t get anything that I planned for! Originally I wanted the Taycan GTS Sport Turismo - but the huge increase in price and 2 year wait list put the kibosh on that idea! So I decided to get another Cross Turismo 4S, as I had done 25k miles in mine and loved every minute! So i spec’d one from scratch in Neptune Blue with double the spec that I had last time - and it got to the stage of the car being built and photos if it being sent to me in the “My Porsche” app. 😅 Then I got a call from Porsche Reading, a Sport Turismo just became available, and I decided to take it! It’s not perfect, it’s not what I planned for, and I’ve had to retrofit stuff - but I think it’s a win! Today I’ll run through the spec, advice on how to spec a Taycan 4S along with must-haves and pitfalls - and I’ll even go over their in car purchases for services like Innodrive, called function on demand (it’s better in practice than you think).
