Cardio Kickboxing Workout | Home Workouts

Cardio kickboxing is a martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing, group fitness participants worldwide have fallen in love with this class format. JOIN MY COMMERCIAL FREE COMMUNITY:    / @dantethebody   In this workout, all you’ll need is your water (lots of water), a towel, and comfortable clothes that you can jump, punch, kick, and move freely in. We used light dumbbells in this workout, but they are totally optional. For reference: we used 2lb-8lb dumbbells. Consider your goals (for example, fitness, weight loss, or competition) when choosing a kickboxing class. Aim to participate in kickboxing at least three days per week for one hour at a time.
