Wood turning Olive wood My first time turning Olive

Hello, Thanks for tuning in, In this video I will be turning Olive, This is my first time ever turning Olive wood, It was some pretty cool stuff and really rough on my chisels I found out, had to sharpen quite a bit turning this piece, this piece originally was a long narrow piece, I crossed cut it in half then ripped it through the table saw and glued it back together to get a decent diameter to turn something out of it.
