... about my CW-5000

I was wrong in thinking that there was any intentional wrongdoing at work from anyone when my CW-5000 behaved strangely. It's a brilliant machine, and you really have to understand how it works to appreciate it. So here's my apology video with that information. My unit is just plain broken.
