WFPB Pizza Dough By: The Jaroudi Family Serves 8 Ingredients: 2 cups whole grain flour (or gluten-free flour) (240 g of einkorn flour) 2 tsp dry active yeast 1 tsp white miso paste 1/3 cup date paste (96 g) 3/4 cup cold plant milk (straight from the refrigerator) (177 mL) Directions: 1.) Mix the flour and dry active years in a large bowl. Stir in date paste, miso paste, and plant milk. A sticky dough will start to form. 2.) Using your hands, knead the dough a few times with extra flour and set the dough back in the large bowl. Cover and let rise for one hour. 3.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
