This time we are going to be stealth camping in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. When I arrive in the downtown area I realize I needed a coffee so I grabbed a Latte and chocolate chip cookie at Espresso Post then bought Four Tacos for Dinner at Bent Taco then headed to the park to watch the sunset before hitting the hay in our minivan camper. In the morning I went for a bike ride then it’s breakfast at Alphorns Restaurant for some Schnitzel and Eggs with Swiss Rösti then I headed home.
