Its principle is "pull-push", that is, you draw a rectangle, and then pull it by the flat side and you get a cube. 2. I also did the cutting there. I drew the sketch so that there was a minimum amount of trimmings and every saw of each part of the chipboard panel was used. I'll say right away that there are special programs for cutting, but I did everything just thinking a little with my head. 3. I came to Leroy, took the chipboard panels and took them to be cut, having told them the dimensions. I waited an hour for the person before me to saw a lot of boards, probably for boxes. 4. I received my saw cut and took it to my city. Because of the sliding doors, I had to hire a Gazelle. 5. I prepared the base - I used the same laminate for the floor. But under the bottom rail I made a technical gap of 1 cm so that the floor in the room could expand. And I fixed the base under the laminate cabinet tightly. It is small and will not change much in size from humidity. 6. I made markings with a pencil on the wall using a laser. A laser is generally a good solution for assembly, all horizontals and verticals are level. Each shelf is aligned with the beam. The price of a laser is from 1 to 3 thousand rubles for any taste and number of lines ... My laser costs 3 thousand rubles. 7. I started assembling from the shelves on the left, so that later I could attach the vertical wall to them. The walls in my room are level, so the shelves fit into the corner at exactly 90 degrees. I attached the shelves with dowels. I drilled a couple of holes in the end, and a couple of holes in the wall, and inserted the dowel into the shelf and the shelf into the wall. 8. In general, I assembled the entire closet partly with dowels, partly with corners, both metal and plastic. The most fuss is with the dowels, you need to hit the markings on the wall exactly, you need to drill the holes in the ends and in the places where you insert them evenly. But the fastening of the parts is not visible. And where I was too lazy, or it was no longer possible to do it differently, I used corners. It is easier and faster to do everything on corners, or where the load is greater, so that the dowel is not torn out of the sheet at an angle. Where the load is greater, I used corners with double holes, where less, then single holes. I used 3.5 * 16 mm screws. I used confirmats to attach the shelves. For confirmats you need a special drill, or two drills of different diameters. Also a waste of time, because you can just assemble them with wood screws. Even with the cheapest black ones, if you hide them all with stickers later. 9. Installation of shelves, walls, and other surfaces is clear and visible in the video. 10. A separate topic is the mortgage under the upper rail. If you want it simple and fast - use dried timber, or two smaller bars: build one on top of the other. There are a million ways. I made a hollow box inside. I sawed strips from an old wardrobe made of laminated chipboard. First, I made 3 walls of the box in the shape of the letter U, screwed it tightly to the ceiling, and then closed the letter U with a lid (4th wall) and the box was obtained. This method makes it possible to sharpen the ends of the letter U, if you missed the height somewhere, and when the ends are brought to zero by the laser, we attach the lid. 11. Screw the rail onto the mortgage and install the doors. The wardrobe is ready! Is it profitable? Of course! The price is twice as high as the ready-made wardrobe. It is worth noting right away that custom-made furniture (when they cut it for you) does not make the result cheaper, but can even make it more expensive. Because it is an individual approach. But if you order a cut from inexpensive laminated chipboard sheets at Leroy, then you get real savings. Although you need to add your time and effort, even the time of two people. Or hire someone to assemble it. You can also save on sliding doors by buying all the profiles and materials. But this is even more delicate work and the benefit is minimal. The larger the wardrobe, the more expensive it is. And the greater the benefit, but also more fuss with its assembly. Therefore, I simply bought a wardrobe for another room at the factory through intermediaries on Avito. There it is needed twice as little. Not such a big savings for me personally. But, of course, I counted everything. I calculated the materials from Leroy and calculated the area of ​​the walls of the factory wardrobe. Yes, the difference is almost two times.
