The second phase of the transfer process, which includes case files, evidence, and four suspects, was carried out directly to the Public Prosecutor (JPU) on Tuesday (July 14, 2026). A KPK spokesperson emphasized that with this transfer, the entire investigative process, both formal and material, has been declared complete. The prosecutor's office now has a maximum of 14 working days to prepare an indictment before the case is officially filed with the court for trial. Furthermore, the KPK also responded to public questions regarding the alleged flow of money to former Minister of Religious Affairs Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, which has been denied.
