David Whyte addresses the graduates of Royal Roads University’s 40th convocation upon the acceptance of an honorary Doctor of Laws degree in recognition of his work to increase creativity and adaptability in the workplace. “The great task is to find out what we care about and to risk ourselves on behalf of that caring and on behalf of the people who are in that bright circle of caring.”
