SHOCKING TREND: Mormons Turning Against the Johannine Comma in Joseph Smith’s Translation and KJV

In this video, we explore a surprising and concerning shift happening in the LDS community. The Johannine Comma (1 John 5:7) as found in the Joseph Smith Translation — one of the strongest explicit statements of the Trinity in scripture — is increasingly under attack from many modern Mormons. We also discuss how the Book of Mormon declares its core purpose is to convince both Jew and Gentile that Jesus is the Christ, the Eternal God (2 Nephi 26:12), effectively putting Jesus on the same divine level as the Father. Yet today, much of Mormonism appears to have drifted toward a more Arian view that subordinates Christ. Has the LDS Church quietly moved away from the bold declarations of the Restoration?
