Noggin 2002 Commercial Breaks (Another Version)

As you may remember back in August of 2017, I got a VHS copy of NostalgiaKarl's 2002 Noggin tape after hearing YouTube user That Weirdo Who Makes Videos managed to get a copy from him as well. Well, in January of this year, I decided to get a DVD copy of That Weirdo Who Makes Videos' version of NostalgiaKarl's 2002 Noggin tape. The reason is because he uploaded the Oobi shorts from the tape to his channel (Which was before I got my copy), and his copy is better-quality than my copy, since NostalgiaKarl used a better VCR to make his copy. The VCR he used to make my copy was an old JVC VCR from Goodwill I sent him, because his second VCR broke down, and you need 2 VCRs to duplicate a VHS tape. The JVC VCR made mediocre VHS recordings, because it was kinda old and probably just needed a good head cleaning. I was just desperate at the time. Anyway, I received the disc from That Weirdo Who Makes Videos back in January and surely enough, it was much better quality. Also, it has the rest of the Tiny Planets segment, and a rare Play With Me Sesame Mall Tour ad. But it unfortunately didn't have the Little Bear up next bumper I was hoping for (Which I believe is on NostalgiaKarl's original tape). The only problem is that the disc had bad sectors, so I couldn't rip the entire disc to mp4 by simply using HandBrake like I usually do. I also couldn't make an ISO, and then convert that to mp4, because of said bad sectors. However, I was able to play the disc using VLC Media Player, and capture it off my screen using Bandicam (Hence the Bandicam watermark) which allowed me to save all of the commercial breaks off the disc. So, here they are.
