Richie Cosgrove of Fish and Game, who manage the fishing in New Zealand, gives Emilie his perspective on the blessing and the curse of protecting this precious environment. But as Emilie journeys through the South Island battling challenging weather with trout ace Simon Chu, heavy rain stops play. They up sticks and head to the backcountry with big-fish-guide Tom Hodge for one last chance to catch a truly memorable trout. Does she succeed?
