Adrian Pintea

He was one of the favorite actors of director Mircea Veroiu, with whom he shared artistic sensibilities and aversion to vulgarity. He starred in films such as "Between Parallel Mirrors", "Adela", "Pădureanca", "Domnișoara Cristina", "The Phalanster", "Death of an Artist" or "Un bulgăre de humă", but the role that made him famous was that of the outlaw Iancu Jianu. Adrian Pintea passed away on June 8, 2007, at the age of just 53, at the Fundeni Clinical Institute, where he was hospitalized in very serious condition.
