The Reality of Starting a Pollinator Garden with Kids & Chickens

Today I finally started my pollinator garden... but getting there wasn't exactly smooth. 😅 The plan seemed simple: grab flower seeds, put the chickens away, and get planting. Instead, my toddler hid my microphones, one of the chickens escaped, and everything took longer than expected. That's real life. Sometimes the beginning of something beautiful looks like a messy day, unexpected interruptions, and a big patch of dirt. But every flower garden starts with seeds that can't be seen yet. As I watered the freshly planted garden, I was reminded that growth takes time. It may not look like much today, but it has the potential to become something beautiful—and I think that's true for so many areas of life.
