Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Chop the kiwi flesh and the banana. Do not throw away the kiwi shells. You will use them to serve the ice cream. Arrange the chopped fruit on a plate without letting the pieces touch each other. Freeze until solid. ❄️ After removing the frozen fruit from the freezer, let it sit for a few minutes so it is not too hard. Blend until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream. Stop whipping when the cream has roughly doubled in volume. Do not overwhip it, or the texture may become grainy. Add the powdered sugar. Add the whipped cream mixture to the blended fruit and gently mix. Fill the kiwi shells with the ice cream mixture.
