Pilatus PC-12 KEGE LDA Runway 25 Approach

Come on and fly with us on this real time flight onboard the Pilatus PC-12 into KEGE - Eagle County Airport executing the LDA runway 25 approach. You will see the process of landing into this high altitude airport. This approach is very demanding. You need to do a lot of steps while descending and it has a localizer not aligned to the runway, thats exactly what an LDA is. An LDA is a localizer type approach that is more than 3º offset from the runway centerline. At this airport terrain plays a very important factor because there is not much room for setting up an approach to either runway. Actually there is only IFR approaches to runway 25, there is no room for any approaches to runway 07. Great landscape sightseeing on this great approach!!
