He’s sold over 1.5 millions records, he's published over 1000 songs and is still making fantastic albums. His music is heavenly, his lyrics are sharp and he's up there with Elvis Costello for productivity. The Spice Girls stormed his dressing room, Johnny Deep wrote and directed his music video which was then banned from TV despite Johnny winning a Director's aware. Gordon Ramsey used his song 'The F Word' to introduce his TV show. Stephen might not be immediately recognisable, and may even have been foolishly described by some as a one hit wonder after his megahit 'You're Gorgeous', but NAKED Record Club thinks it's time for a major re-think. This interview takes a stroll through Stephen's life and music career and is honest, touching and funny. Babybird’s 'King of Nothing' album is NAKED Record Club's first release. The album was first released online through Bandcamp in 2020 but has never previously been available on vinyl. The NAKED Record Club release is pressed on white non-toxic and recyclable vinyl in a hand-numbered limited edition run of just 500 copies. It comes complete with brand new artwork and two additional tracks.
