Everything about this pie is incredibly delicious, from the thin shortcrust pastry to the delicate filling, which contains a whole range of flavors. Words cannot describe the taste of this pie; you definitely need to try it. Let's get started... RECIPE: 1. Flour - 300 g 2. Butter - 200 g 3. Sour cream (I used 20%) - 150 g 4. Baking soda - 1 tsp 5. Vinegar (I used 6% apple cider vinegar) - 1 tbsp 6. Salt - 1/3 tsp FILLING: 1. Onions - 500 g 2. Processed cheese - 5 pcs., 80 g each 3. Eggs - 4 pcs. 4. Salt/Pepper/Herbs - to taste 5. Vegetable oil for sautéing the onions and greasing the pan. Pan diameter 25-26 cm (mine is 25 cm) Bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.
