Kalter Hund – richtig leckerer Kuchen - nur 3 Zutaten - ohne Palmfett & ohne Eier

The cold dog is an old German cake that consists of just 3 ingredients and is not baked. In my recipe we do not use eggs or palm fat. A cold dog will keep for up to 2 months if stored in a cool place. But I bet you it won't last a week, because it tastes delicious. Recipe for a small loaf tin (approx. 10 x 20 cm) Ingredients 300 g butter biscuits 300 g milk chocolate 300 g dark chocolate 250 ml cream Preparation Chop up the chocolate and add it to the cream in a small saucepan. Then place the pan on the hob and melt the chocolate pieces over a low heat. It must not boil! When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the heat. Line a loaf tin with cling film or baking paper. Now spread the first layer of chocolate on the base. For the 2nd layer, place the butter cookies as close together as possible on the chocolate layer and press them down carefully. Then add another layer of chocolate. Make sure that the chocolate runs well into the sides of the tin. Then another layer of butter cookies and so on. There should be at least 5 layers of shortbread. The last layer is the remaining chocolate on the cake. That's it! Now cover the cold dog with foil and put it in the fridge, preferably overnight.
