Inspired by my 20 years of classical ballet, every single movement in this class is designed to make you feel graceful, long, and completely alive. We travel through the whole body — warming up the joints and spine, building through warriors and standing balances, and arriving at some of the most stunning shapes yoga has to offer: Sugarcane Pose, Nectar of the Moon, Wild Thing and Standing Split. Every transition is intentional. Every arm movement is deliberate. Nothing is wasted. This is not just a yoga class.
