To end my Whiterock food crawl, I try something savory and crunchy from Chat Junction, a colorful Indian food truck near the beach. I order their veggie pakora, which is a deep-fried fritter made from assorted vegetables, spices, and chickpea flour. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside – these are the perfect street snack. They serve them fresh and hot with chutney.
