9 NPCs with ILLEGAL Pokémon

Literally a bunch of pokemon NPCS with underlevelled pokemon, or pokemon who shouldn't know a move, or that cheated in other ways. #pokemon #pokemongame I use probably 200 different clips per video, so it's hard to go through each one and credit them, but if you filmed any of the gameplay, let me know and I will credit you accordingly. All clips that were used have been significantly altered, by virtue of the commentary and the editing and this falls under Youtube's fair use rules.
