[20th Anniversary] 20 Years of Sowing Change - Reaping the Future [Engsub]

From its humble beginnings in Hòa Bình Province in 2005, Good Neighbors International (GNI) has continuously expanded its scope and areas of operation. Over the past 20 years, the organization has sponsored more than 21,700 children, benefiting over 300,000 people across Vietnam. More than 353,000 individuals in 26 provinces have received humanitarian aid worth a total of 24.6 million USD. These efforts clearly demonstrate GNI’s humanitarian commitment - to stand by the people of Vietnam, even in their most challenging times. Two decades of presence in Vietnam also mark GNI’s strong contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) - from poverty reduction, health improvement, and quality education to gender equality, clean water and sanitation, decent work, and climate action. Every program and project reflects a long-term vision: creating sustainable change, empowering communities, and spreading humanistic values and solidarity. These achievements affirm GNI’s role as one of the pioneering international non-governmental organizations that have accompanied the Government, partners, and people of Vietnam on the path toward sustainable development. Moving forward, GNI remains steadfast in its child-centered philosophy - continuing to sow seeds of hope, nurture knowledge, and create opportunities for children and communities to grow toward a brighter future together.
