Servings: 12 servings 2 pounds of boneless chicken. 2-3 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1/2 cup dry white wine. 1/2 cup plum sauce. 1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth. 1/2 cup thinly sliced peeled fresh ginger 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce(sriracha) Step 1: prepare sauce. Cook for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Step 3: Cooking peking chicken. Pour sauce over chicken. Bring to simmering. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Cook uncovered for another 10 minutes ,stirring occasionally. Note:cook chicken until no longer pink and sauce is slightly thickened. *Makes 12 servings. *171 calories approximately per serving.
