Delightful North Michigan Avenue/Magnificent Mile: Chicago Summer Walk Mid-July 2023

The North Michigan Avenue, or the Magnificent Mile, of Downtown Chicago, has always been one of my favorite streets, but during my walk in this summer afternoon, I felt it artistically charming. The weather was perfect. The flowers were in bloom. The light and shadow of the buildings were in perfect timing. The Magnificent Mile was crowded and I could tell, many of them were visitors out of Chicago and from other countries. They contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the avenue and the city of Chicago. My audience can see the various shops and skyscrapers along Magnificent Mile. My walk started around Wrigley Building and ended around the iconic skyscraper, 875 North Michigan Avenue and the beautiful, serene church, the Fourth Presbyterian Church of Chicago.
