A Verdade Que a Faculdade de Direito Não Ensina

Luís Roberto Barroso, while still a lawyer, once said: "Those who only study Law never understand Law." This video leads us to reflect on a court ruling regarding public procurement, in a way that helps us understand economics, public health, essential rights, and the best interests of public administration. I reiterate that I am citing opinions on the performance of cases in higher courts; however, I am only an academic, I do not possess the intellectual strength and literacy to issue opinions. The video is merely a reflection, where I definitively arrive at one conclusion: University teaches me Law. Life taught me to be a Lawyer.
