Autism| Eloping On The Last Day of Summer

Today was the last day of summer before school starts and while everyone was having a good time at Nani and Bopa's a certain nine year old took the opportunity to slip out the back door and take off down the road. Mom was watching outside and Dad was watching in the house and she had just gone from outside to inside, and both realized pretty quickly that something was up, but she had given herself quite the head start. It was not quite the end to summer we had in mind! We also took some back to school pictures and Maggie worked on learning to ride her bike. And she definitely got peddling down. Now we just need her to consistently hold on to the handle bars! What a day! Welcome to Someday I'll Sleep Autism Vlogs!
