Traditionally, on the anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, the head of state visits the districts affected by the accident to assess progress and discuss development prospects. The President paid special attention to the agro-industrial complex, with a focus on regional agricultural services. Alexander Lukashenko also visited social facilities: a hospital and a kindergarten in Petrikov. Five years ago, he ordered the development of this district. Today, he visited Agro-Lyaskovichi. In May 2025, the head of state called for accelerated modernization of the transport corridor. And now he has decided to personally verify the implementation of this order.
