The NIA has claimed that the accused were involved in a conspiracy to recruit militants across Northeast India. The chargesheet also alleges efforts to radicalize youths and build a digital network to spread extremist activities. Two alleged key operatives linked to a JMB-affiliated organization were arrested in Assam and Tripura.
