✅Recipe in description below: 🔴Facebook:   / kitchen.amarius   🔴Instagram:   / kitchen_amarius   ⚡Albondigas - Spanish Meatballs ⚡Ingredients meatballs: 1 kg beef grounded 1 dl Parsley 1 Egg 3 Garlic cloves minced ½ tsp Cayenne pepper 1 tbsp Paprika powder 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp Salt ½ tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Black pepper 1 tbsp Onion powder ⚡Ingredients Tomato sauce: 1,2 kilos crushed Tomatoes 5 dl Chicken broth 2 Bay leaves 25 grams Basil ⚡Do like this: Put the grounded beef into a big bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Shape 10 meatballs of the grounded meat, set aside. Heat a frying pan and pour in rapeseed oil. Fry the meatballs on medium heat until they are medium brown and set aside. Pour the crushed tomatoes in a big pan and heat it up. Add the chicken broth, Bay leaves, Basil and mix. Turn up the heat and when it boils turn down the heat and add gently the meatballs. Let it simmer for 2 hours.
