𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗹𝗮𝗻 For Training Week 06, the cadets of the University of the Philippines Diliman Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Unit (UPD ROTCU) tackled the topic Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. This topic aims to encourage preparedness and resourcefulness in times of calamities and disaster. All these were held asynchronously via the course site through LMS. The UPD ROTCU also conducted their sixth PT session last 30 October 2021 via Zoom teleconference. It was the second week of the Conditioning Phase of the UPD ROTC Physical Readiness Training (PRT) which includes the Preparation Drill, Conditioning Drill 2, Push Up and Sit-Up Drill, HIIT Drill 2, and the Recovery Drill. The Conditioning Drill 2 is the second variation of the drill which also aims to develop the cadets’ overall endurance, strength, and mobility. The HIIT Drill 2, as well, is another variation that contains rigorous exercises that will certainly get the blood pumping. The session then ended after the company commanders discussed admin matters to the cadets. Where do we find the best?
