Parents solos : ils partent à l'aventure avec leurs enfants

Going to the other side of the world for the holidays with your child can be complicated, especially when you're a single parent and have to organize the trip yourself. Yet some intrepid single parents embark on the adventure, eager to share such an experience with their child. This summer, Jean-François, divorced for five years, chose to take his 10-year-old daughter, Louise, to Thailand. It's the first time he's taken a big trip with her. On the agenda: a visit to Bangkok and a trek in the jungle in the north of the country. The trip won't be easy: Louise will be confronted with an environment very different from her own, sometimes rudimentary travel conditions, and a wild, even dangerous, natural world. Will the little girl enjoy the rather special vacation her dad has planned for her? Will Jean-François be able to gain her trust and pass on his taste for adventure? Is undertaking a big trip alone with your child really a wise decision? Director: Jennifer Bisleau
