the golden trio ● losing your memory

"all the best of what we've done is yet to come." _______________________________________________________________ sooo... this video has been in the works for what feels like forever, i actually finished this WAY back in november, but something about it just didn't feel right, and me being the slight perfectionist that i am i knew i wouldn't be happy with it unless i fixed it, and so i just sort of left it alone... and then tonight i decided to spruce it up, to change the things i didn't like and to finally finish this emotionally draining video! (seriously i think this is the first time i've actually cried while making a video, this song plus some of the seriously sad scenes had me bawling like a sissy. xD) so while this is a video about my three favourite characters from the potterverse, it doesn't just focus on the golden trio as a group, but all the friendships involved and these three characters as individuals as well! this is one of my all time favourite songs, and i'd been putting it off for so long because i wasn't sure i was ready to vid with a song that means so much to me (i'm still not sure i was, LOL!) but i just had one of those moments where i knew if i did vid it it HAD to be these three. these three kids have literally lived through a war, and there journey and character development is one of the most emotional things ever, i love this series with everything i am but its these three that really make it for me, and so this video means a lot to me. i think when the last couple of books came out i just found myself PRAYING that my beautiful golden trio got of the war alive, and together (ALTHOUGH I'M STILL BITTER AT J.K. FOR KILLING DOBBY AND WITH HIM MY SOUL.) so yeah, i really hope you guys like this video, and don't think i overdid it, or anything - the editing is not my best, but i hope the emotions there! :) also apologies for the quality of some of my clips, i only have the last two movies in HD and i've been struggling to find the rest of them in decent quality and in the right format, SO JUST PRETEND THERE ALL AS PRETTY AS DH. ;) also a big thanks to my dearest emily (xpeculiartreasurex) for beta testing this for me FOREVER ago, you are the best emily and i couldn't have finished this without your help! :D muchlove, vee.♥ _____________________________________________________________ info~ song ~ losing your memory by ryan star footage ~ harry potter editor ~ whiimsy
