[Rundweg] Von Maria Gern über den Gerner Höhenweg zum Gasthof Dürrlehen

Hello fellow hikers! In this video, we'll take you on an idyllic hike through the picturesque landscape of Berchtesgaden. We start at the ultimate photo opportunity – the Maria Gern Church, a true gem of the region. From there, we head to the Gerner Höhenweg (Gern High Trail), which rewards us with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. After a leisurely 6.5 km (3.5 mi) loop of less than two hours, with 230 meters (1,500 ft) of elevation gain, we finally reach the cozy Gasthof Dürrlehen. Here, we enjoy the first warm rays of sunshine with a delicious meal. We recommend: park for free right at the inn, hike the loop, and enjoy the end of your hike at the inn.
