Frenare con i pattini in mille modi
Many people start skating but aren't sure they want to continue, perhaps on a bike path, because they're afraid they won't know how to brake! Inline skates have a braking system mounted on one of the boots, called a buffer. Before learning how to use it, in this video I'll explain other spontaneous and effective ways to brake "safely" without using advanced techniques. You can brake or slow down in a straight skate position by stopping pushing, turning on the spot, hopping on the grass, and leaning on an obstacle. These basic techniques are tailored to the speed of those who are just starting to skate.
