Whisk until well combined. Add butter and milk and turn onto medium high heat. Stir constantly as butter melts, bring to a full boil and allow to boil for 2 minutes. (keep stirring while boiling /A full boil is when it won’t stir down.) Remove from heat & add peanut butter and vanilla, stir until mixed well. Add oats and stir well. Using a cookie scoop or by the tablespoonful. Let set.
